  I have been attending this store every morning for over 3 years for breakfast and spend on average $10.00 every day to have a toasted sandwich and a large coffee, sit down and read the paper before I go to work. As from Wednesday 22nd January they has ceased having any newspapers for customers to read and have witnessed every day since customers walking into the store then leaving due to no papers. I have also witnessed the staff being abused on many occasions for not having a paper. Some of the managers on the day get a staff member to buy 2-3 papers to satisfy the customers but you have to ask them every morning to do this and some other managers wont. The cost to outlay 3-4 papers is a lot less than what i spend per day and this store is now loosing hundreds of dollars daily as I have spoken to most of the regulars that come in and they have all gone elsewhere. I have now started to go elsewhere in Cheltenham that supply 8 papers daily. I have always found most of your staff very helpful but will not return until this problem is solved.   I ordered one of the gourmet burgers. It looked like it was put together by a child. Very haphazard. The fries were smothered in cheese, so much so that it was impossible to taste anything else. There was a sauce but I could not taste it. The burger was not at all tasty probably because of the way it was put together. I am sure McDonalds needs their staff to be quick, but at the expense of quality I think they have missed the mark.

  Just another Macca's. Nothing that makes this one stand out from the others. Drive through is quicker than walking in.
