  I’m so excited to get my garden going after visiting Diaco’s Nursery! There is such a great range of stock, and the staff were super knowledgeable and friendly! Have definitely found my new go-to!

  After being a regular customer here - I ordered 70 plants for my workplace after getting a sample from the Heatherton store. What we received were plants less than half the height of what I ordered. Sarah and Darcy were both incredibly rude on the phone and only provided a refund after several lengthy phone calls. I was never informed I may get plants less than half the size of the sample. Almost $40 each for tiny plants not fit for purpose. Sarah initially refused to refund the delivery fee and then said she would take care of it. I was then later told via email that no, they wouldn't refund the delivery charge. Will not be supporting this business again.

  Moderate size garden that was cleared, Sarah the designer, from Diacos helped with great ideas, plants have been well chosen, Sarah has been professional & very helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend

  Hello, I would just like to give a special mention and thanks to Billy who helped my husband and I buy the perfect dwarf orange tree, along with a pot and all the things we needed to make this a feature piece for outside our laundry. He was very helpful in finding exactly what we did and didn't not need and providing advice for us beginner gardeners. We are very grateful for the outstanding customer service we received. Thank you Billy.
