- Claire Geeves Added September 23, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆After being a regular customer here - I ordered 70 plants for my workplace after getting a sample from the Heatherton store. What we received were plants less than half the height of what I ordered. Sarah and Darcy were both incredibly rude on the phone and only provided a refund after several lengthy phone calls. I was never informed I may get plants less than half the size of the sample. Almost $40 each for tiny plants not fit for purpose. Sarah initially refused to refund the delivery fee and then said she would take care of it. I was then later told via email that no, they wouldn't refund the delivery charge. Will not be supporting this business again.

He was very helpful in finding exactly what we did and didn't not need and providing advice for us beginner gardeners. We are very grateful for the outstanding customer service we received. Thank you Billy.
